‘Kalavadiya Pozhudhugal’ –The real Story

Director Thankar Bachchan says his next film, ‘Kalavadiya Pozhudhugal’, is a real life-inspired story of love. The film, produced by Ayngaran International, has Prabhudeva and Bhoomika Chawla in the lead with Prakash Raj playing an important role.

“Life starts after marriage. As in all my movies, this film too, is about the protagonist’s role after wedding. All actors were so suited to the characters they played. In fact, I don’t think I could have continued the film if Prakash Raj had not agreed to do the film,” says the director, who has also included a song in which Periyar makes a brief appearance. “It fits into the story because Prabhudeva plays a communist in the movie,” he explains. The film is slated for a Diwali release; get back to this space for more.
